We will keep your data for up to 30 days after your account is deleted. After the 30 days all your data is fully removed from our system.

Membership can be purchased through our website. It can be billed yearly or monthly and includes access to to live events, expert masterclasses, our library of documentaries & films, interviews, reviews and podcasts.
How do I cancel my Chronicle subscription?
If you don’t want to continue, you can cancel your membership at any time. Follow the prompts to cancel on the Billing page, and your membership will not renew. Please note that there aren’t refunds for partially unused membership periods.
What countries is Chronicle available in?
Chronicle is currently only available in Australia.
What devices is Chronicle available on?
Chronicle is currently available in Apple iOS, Apple TV, Android, Android TV and Amazon Fire.
